We want you to absolutely love your purchase — but we get that sometimes things don’t work out.
As a small business curating secondhand and vintage pieces, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, we’re here to help.
To request a return:

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide store credit or a replacement (if available).
Items must be returned in their original condition.
